    Andrew Stevens Collection delivers products to USA customers. This shipping policy is a part of our Andrew Stevens Collection policy. Before placing an order, customers should take a look at our shipping policy. We only ship all over the United States.

    PROCESSING ORDERS

    An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

    We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.

    Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Courier Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Andrew Stevens Collection.

    Our Shipping Fee is totally free. (Free Shipping).

    Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Processing Time: 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)

    Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 11pm  (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

    Transit Time: Our Transit or Shipping Standard Time: 2-3 working days. (Monday-Friday)

    DELIVERY ISSUES

    It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 4 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect  item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging and will be at our cost.

    Dear customers,we offer a 15  days return policy. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return if 15 days have passed since your purchase.

    Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Each Andrew Stevens Collection item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.  

    What is the Condition of the Return Policy?

    • Items must be original with packages, accessories and boxes.
    • Products must be unworn, unused with labels for returning.
    • We do not accept usable items. Items must be brand new.

    What is the order Cancellation Policy?

    You need to contact us within 24 hours from the date you disposed of it. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel the order.

    What's the process for returning?

    Initially, when you got the incorrect products, faulty products, or broken products. Please send an email at info@andrewstevensny.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

    How much will customers pay for return shipping?

    There is no cost for Return Shipping.
