Q) When will my product(s) ship?
A) You will receive an email once your order is processed and a tracking number once your order is shipped. All orders are hand handled in our Miami warehouse so please allow up to 2-3 business days for your items to be completed and shipped. Our default shipping method is USPS Priority which usually takes 2-3 business days for US delivery (though this is not guaranteed by the USPS). We also offer First Class shipping which takes about 3-5 business days.
International orders: International orders take up to three business days process before they are shipped. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail which takes about 6-10 business days. Occasionally International orders may take longer (especially during the holiday season) due to sorting at customs. If you are having any issues with international shipping, are unable to get rates for your country at checkout, or have a question about the rates/services offered, please email info@andrewstevensny.com
Q) When will out of stock items be available?
A) Be the first to know when new products become available by subscribing to our newsletter. Also be sure to follow Andrew Stevens Collection on Instagram to know about new items and restocked items.
Q) Do you sell wholesale?
A) Yes we do! Please fill the contact us form to apply to become an Andrew Stevens Reseller.
